Store Policy: We will make every effort to fill your order as close as possible to your original selection. Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers,plants and fruit. Specific varieties or colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. Substitutions may be necessary to fufill your floral and container requirements. Care is taken to maintain the style,theme and color scheme of arrangements,using flowers of equal value. If for some reason the selection you ordered is not available for delivery then we will notify you immediately. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,we need to be called directly within 24 hours of delivery of order. We will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. We can also issue a credit for flowers to be delivered at a later date. Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any order please call us directly at 215-288-7931 or 1-800-IDEAL12. We are unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail. Delivery: We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery times,but we cannot guarantee it. We do not make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. Please call us directly for Sunday delivery of funeral arrangements (additional fees may apply) Delivery of orders to rural route addresses can only be guaranteed with phone number of recipient. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call us directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.
